Job Description
The Communications Manager plans, develops, implements, and evaluates external communication initiatives to grow awareness of the IR Brand, our products and solutions. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to produce high quality, newsworthy content to tell the IR story and boost the company’s reputation in market. This is a parental leave contract position, with a broad remit that is critical to helping drive IR’s next phase of growth and GTM transformation over the next 12 months.
Hybrid set up - 2-3 days in the Sydney CBD office.

Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:
GTM communications:
Monthly owned content creation (eg: website, social media)
Content support for sales enablement and marketing activities (e.g. presentations for speaking events), including partner marketing content and materials.
Press releases and media engagement for key product launches and announcements.
Internal communications:
Town Hall support and fortnightly CEO communications
Corporate communications:
Content production and management of key corporate communications materials, including: FY26 Results, AGM and FY26 Annual Report.
Quarterly content production for shareholders (shared via InvestorHub).
Desired Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations.
10+ years’ experience in a marketing/communications role.
Experience in tech/software sector desirable, simplifying technical subject matter into compelling content for a range of buying groups and broader audiences.
Experience developing corporate communications materials.
Experience working at ASX-listed companies a plus.
