About the Role
This is a varied role that combines reception, administration and rostering responsibilities. You will work closely with our management team, support coordinators and support workers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Welcome clients, families and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Create, update and maintain staff and participant rosters.
- Assist with scheduling support workers and managing roster changes.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.
- Assist with participant onboarding and documentation.
- Monitor staff compliance documentation and training records.
- Liaise with support workers, participants and stakeholders regarding roster enquiries.
- Perform general office duties including data entry, scanning, filing and ordering office supplies.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or rostering position.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- A professional, positive and proactive attitude.
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience working within the community services, NDIS or disability sector.
- Experience using ShiftCare and/or Astalty (or similar rostering and client management software).
- Experience coordinating multiple staff rosters in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
