We provide warm leads directly into your pipeline. There is no cold calling, door-knocking or manual prospecting.

What We Expect From You
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales consultations by phone
- Understand each prospect’s needs and recommend the appropriate solution
- Communicate the value of our allied health services clearly
- Handle objections and confidently guide prospects towards a decision
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups and pipeline stages in our CRM
- Attend training, review performance and continuously improve
- Work closely with the wider team to improve conversion and client experience
Results
- Maintain a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified inbound leads
- Work towards a consistent target of 15 closes per week
- Manage all assigned leads and follow-ups correctly
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records
At an average commission of approximately $200 per close, consistent performers have a clear pathway towards earning $100,000–$150,000+ per year.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, remote closing, telesales or medical and allied health sales is preferred
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence speaking with healthcare professionals and medical consumers
- Quiet home office with reliable internet, computer and headset

Fully remote within Australia/NZ.
Compensation
Commission-based role paid fortnightly.
OTE: $100,000–$150,000+ per year, with uncapped earning potential.
