Warringu is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisation supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence and homelessness. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services team.
The Corporate Administration Officer plays an important role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of Warringu. Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support across office management, facilities, fleet administration, finance support, records management, and organisational systems.
This is a diverse and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining efficient systems, and has a strong eye for detail.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Corporate Services team.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance requests, supplies, and workplace resources.
- Support fleet and asset administration, including vehicle servicing, fuel cards, and organisational registers.
- Assist with finance administration, including invoice processing, procurement, and accounts support.
- Maintain accurate records, document management systems, and compliance registers.
- Support organisational systems, shared inboxes, onboarding administration, and continuous improvement activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in an administration, office coordination, or corporate support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting finance administration, records management, or office operations (desirable).
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- An understanding of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and communities.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Current Blue Card or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current National Police Check or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
- Full-time permanent position (76 hours per fortnight).
- SCHADS Award Level 3 salary.
