Full Job Description
Efficient care services are urgently looking for staff dedicated, hardworking and compassionate mental health experienced NDIS / Disability Care Workers to look after client in Marsden Park ,Sydney NSW.
Our ideal candidate will want to make a genuine impact in the lives of our clients to support and make a positive difference in the lives of others. You will need to maintain a high level of detail in note taking and record keeping, build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their needs.
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of 6 month to 1 year working experience in same or similar role or with mental health.
- Certificate III in Aged care, Disability.
- Experience in disability support work
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 & Flu vaccination
- Up to date Police Check
Duties and Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance: household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & reminder of medication
- Community Access: helping with daily chores such as medical app,
- Supporting clients with physical and/or challenging needs.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.
