Job Description
This role is a dynamic combination of Personal Assistant (PA) and Executive Assistant (EA) responsibilities, requiring hands-on involvement in managing multiple businesses. It is a fast-paced and exciting position, where each day presents new challenges.
As a PA, you will work directly with our driven director, requiring energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You will collaborate across various departments, fostering strong relationships both internally and with external clients. A proactive and collaborative mindset is essential for success.
A well-rounded PA will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills. Your experience in working across different leadership styles, diverse needs, and varying operational structures will be key to excelling in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage daily schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for directors and staff.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as booking travel and scheduling personal appointments.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
- Document & IT Management: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the team and stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely communication.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising both business and personal events.
- Problem-Solving & Task Prioritisation: Manage a busy workload with minimal supervision, prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Other Duties: Additional tasks as required to support the CEO and business operations.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
- A current Australian driver’s license (preferred).

Pay: $52,662.50 – $65,000.00 per year
