We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Desirable
- Experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.
- Relevant project management certifications will be highly regarded.

Pay: $91,750.90 – $150,637.32 per year
