A great opportunity has arisen for an Experienced mature-minded Dental Receptionist to join our close –knit team!
The successful superstar will have the following essential criteria:

- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Focused on providing professional, outstanding customer service and patient management
- Preferred experience in dental front office and ideally with a Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assisting
- Be highly proficient in D4W, Hicaps, and Microsoft office
- Follow strict protocols in managing the appointment books and daily running of the front office, with attention to detail when entering patient data
- A great attitude towards teamwork, as well as being able to work independently.
- Open to a dynamic working environment and able to show initiative and think on their feet
- Self-motivated and able to multitask, with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Punctual, reliable, dependable, honest, with a strong work ethic
The heart of the role:
- To work on Tuesdays only (flexible hours)
- Being responsible for the front office and administration duties
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquires,
- Managing emails and mediref referrals
- Administration and maintenance of the patient database
- Processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPS
- Dental assistant
- Maintaining a smooth and productive flowing day
