Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their respective subjects and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in your local area
- Send lesson notes to parents after tutoring sessions
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred (Not necessary)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students
- Reliable and punctual
- Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police Check, ABN (Easily obtained)
