About the Role
As a Stylist, you will be an ambassador for the BAKU brand, creating memorable shopping experiences and helping customers find swimwear that makes them look and feel their best.
You will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting store operations, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
Provide personalised styling and fit advice, ensuring every customer feels confident and valued.
Drive sales results and contribute to achieving store and individual targets.
Lead by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Maintain outstanding store presentation standards and support day-to-day store operations.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Represent the BAKU brand and values with pride.
About You
Previous fashion retail, swimwear, lingerie, or customer service experience.
A genuine passion for styling and helping women feel confident.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Availability to work 3–4+ days per week, including weekends.
A love for the Australian beach lifestyle and everything summer represents.

Pay: $33.16 – $45.00 per hour

- Bondi Beach NSW 2026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
