The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining high operational standards, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock and supplier relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail business
- Lead, supervise, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage stock levels, supplier orders, pricing, and inventory control
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and promotional standards
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Manage staff rostering, cash handling, operational expenses, and business records
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant retail management experience
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, stock control, sales, and customer service
- Proven experience supervising and motivating staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
