An opportunity has presented itself for a Terminal Operator to join our team in Port Augusta.
What You’ll Do
- Operating Reach Stackers, Gantry Cranes, forklifts, and other terminal equipment
- Loading and unloading containerised rail freight and trucks
- Working safely and efficiently in a busy 24/7 terminal environment
- Following all safety, operational, and compliance procedures
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet service and productivity targets
What You’ll Bring
- C Class Driver’s Licence (essential)
- High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)
- Reach Stacker and/or Gantry Crane ticket (highly desirable)
- Experience in a container terminal, rail yard, port, or heavy industrial environment
- A strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating day and night roster
