Marketing Specialist (Part time)
- Flexible part time role 22 hours a week minimum (can do more and will grow into a full time position)

What will you be doing?
- Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy
- Managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Creating engaging content including blogs, newsletters, videos and educational material
- Managing and optimising the WordPress website
- Driving SEO initiatives and monitoring performance
- Managing CRM communications, email campaigns and newsletters
- Coordinating sponsorships, networking events, home shows and community engagement activities
- Working with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Managing projects from concept through to execution
- Monitoring campaign performance and ROI while continuously refining strategies
- Identifying opportunities for PR exposure, media engagement and brand awareness
What do you need?
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign management
- Strong WordPress and website management skills
- Demonstrated SEO knowledge and understanding of evolving search trends
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI, digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring ideas forward and drive execution
