Our new Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) is now operational and located less than 10 minutes from home. The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Officer to join Lynas Kalgoorlie. We are looking for a hard-working and reliable team-player who has excellent attention to detail as well as flexibility to work within a busy warehouse environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this permanent position will work full-time hours (5am-3pm) on a 5/2:4/3 roster, working across our Warehouse at the Kalgoorlie site.
Key Responsibilities:
General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Safely load and unload trucks of various configurations and sizes in a timely manner
Maintain accurate inventory records with reconciliations, stock-takes and stock control
Raise purchase orders and good receipting
Assist in obtaining quotes from suppliers
Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner
Prepare documentation for deliveries, returns, and audits
Assist with freight bookings and courier coordination
Other general warehouse-relating activities, as required.
The successful candidate will possess the following essential criteria:
Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics position
Certificate in Warehousing, Distribution or Storage of Dangerous Goods desired
Demonstrated experience in receiving, issuing and inventory control
Intermediate computer literacy, specifically with Excel
Experience in Pronto/SAP desired
Current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift Licence (LF). The successful candidate will possess confident operating abilities and must be physically capable of meeting the manual handling and ergonomic requirements of safely operating plant equipment in line with manufacturer specifications
Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
Strong customer focus with the ability to provide reliable service to peers and various departments across site
Current unencumbered WA Drivers Licence

Lynas Kalgoorlie Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX listed Lynas Rare Earths, which is an integrated producer from mine to customer of refined Rare Earth products for global markets.
Lynas operates a Mine and Concentration Plant at Mt Weld (near Laverton) Western Australia, and a Refinery in Pahang, Malaysia (the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant, LAMP) which produces high purity Rare Earth products. Our Kalgoorlie REPF is the first of it's kind, recently commissioned, we are a brand-new facility utilising the latest technologies and equipment to produce mixed rare earth concentrate for further processing and separation.
