About the Role
Join our team as a Project Analyst and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects that create value for our customers and supplier partners. Working closely with project delivery, sales, construction and design teams, you will provide analytical support, maintain critical project systems, produce insightful reporting and help drive continuous improvement across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders to improve project performance and business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities

Prepare, review and publish project reports and performance information for a range of internal stakeholders.

Support the setup, administration and close-out of projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SAP, providing system support and user guidance.

Maintain accurate project, financial and supplier data across D365 and SAP, including purchase orders, work orders, business partners and service entry sheets.

Prepare project forecasts, revenue and expense accruals, and maintain supporting Microsoft Excel models.

Analyse project and system data to identify trends, resolve issues and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are a highly organised and analytical professional with a passion for data accuracy, systems and process improvement. You enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, are confident using business systems and Excel to solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment where attention to detail is essential.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is desirable.

Current driver's licence.
Skills and Experience
You have exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and a high level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using enterprise business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly and support users, will set you up for success in this role.
