Nightcliff WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods is undergoing an exciting rebrand, with full store renovations starting this January. We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our dispensary team, drive clinical and commercial outcomes, and ensure exceptional patient care.

The Role:
Ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately, ethically, and in line with legislation
Provide clinical counselling and health advice
Lead, coach, and support pharmacists, interns, technicians, and assistants
Achieve financial KPIs, monitor stock, and support operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with WHS, privacy, and accreditation standards
Promote a positive, customer-focused culture
About You:
AHPRA-registered pharmacist with relevant qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pharmacist manager
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Business-minded with financial and operational acumen
Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
