We're a very busy post office located in Stanhope Gardens NSW, and we're looking for a new casual to join our team.
This is retail counter work with real variety. One moment you're helping someone send a parcel, the next it's a passport application, a bill payment, or banking. No two hours look the same, and you're never stuck doing the one thing all day.
No experience needed. Passports, parcels and banking are all learned on the job. What we can't teach is the rest: being warm with people, staying calm when it's busy, and caring about getting it right.
Our team is the best part of working here. We're close, we back each other, and we genuinely like the people who walk through the door. Community and customers come first, always.
The hours
Casual. We need someone who can work Saturdays regularly. On top of that, there are two to three weekday shifts, and we're flexible. Tell us your availability when you apply.
What we're looking for
- Warm, friendly and good with people
- Calm and organised when it gets busy
- Careful and accurate, especially with cash and ID
- Reliable, and a genuine team player
You must have ongoing rights to work in Australia. We're unable to consider applicants on temporary visas with restricted working hours, such as student visas.
The successful applicant will also need to complete a national police check per Australia Post requirements.
