We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Associate to join one of our Director teams led by John Stack as our business grows and evolves! Already market leaders in Whitehorse, our business is expanding and we need to expand.
Positive and energetic at all times, you are excited by the challenge of juggling supporting one of our leading sales agents and the opportunity to grow within a team.
You have attention to detail, desire to learn and have real estate as your career not just a job. As after hours and weekend work is required, we offer flexible working hours and a bonus structure rewards performance.
You must possess excellent organisation and time management skills and be highly motivated. As a representative of our premium brand, we require outstanding verbal and written communication skills and impeccable personal presentation. You must also possess a current Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV, permanent residency, a driver's license and be able to work every Saturday.
Our systems, ongoing training, policies, and procedures are second to none for you to learn and improve your skillset.
