Contract Speech Pathologist – Clinical Supervision & AHA Delegation (Telehealth Available)
Fraser Support Services is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in a flexible contractor capacity.
We currently have an established paediatric caseload, ongoing referrals, and an experienced Allied Health Assistant (AHA) in place. We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide clinical supervision, oversight and delegation of appropriate therapy activities in accordance with Speech Pathology Australia guidelines.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via telehealth and the opportunity to help shape and grow an existing service without the pressure of building a caseload from scratch.
About the Role
- Contractor position with flexible hours
- Telehealth supervision welcomed
- Approximately 2–5 hours per week initially, with potential for growth
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to an experienced AHA
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans as required
- Delegate appropriate therapy activities in line with professional standards
- Review client progress and adjust intervention plans
- Complete reports and recommendations when required
- Opportunity to undertake direct clinical work and expand your own caseload if desired
About You
- Qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Strong understanding of evidence-based, family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supervising Allied Health Assistants is desirable but not essential
