Your Role
As a Bathroom & Tiles Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with homeowners, renovators, builders, designers, and tradespeople to help bring their projects to life.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to sale
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Provide expert advice on bathroom, tile, tapware, vanity, and renovation solutions
- Create inspiring customer experiences and showroom presentations
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Drive sales performance and exceed individual targets
- Contribute positively to a high-performing and successful team
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- A genuine passion for sales and customer service
- Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience
- Bathroom, tiles, renovation, building, interior design, or related industry experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
- The ability to confidently close sales and exceed targets
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work across retail trading hours, including late nights and weekends
