About the Role
The Grant Services Coordinator leads centralised grants services across Government, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end grant delivery in partnership with policy owners. The role focuses on program and grants management, compliance, risk management and stakeholder engagement, while driving standardised practices and continuous improvements in service quality, efficiency and cost.

Lead and coordinate grant services, strengthening governance, workforce capability, risk management and continuous improvement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:
Strong understanding of government program governance, risk, probity, confidentiality and financial management.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
We have two fixed term roles available: Fixed term until February 2027 (parental leave backfill) and June 2027 only open to applicants with relevant rights to work in Australia.
