We are looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our growing restaurant group across multiple Melbourne venues.
We are looking for people with experience in both floor and bar service who are confident working in a busy restaurant environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly and professional table service
- Taking orders and ensuring accurate communication with the kitchen
- Running food and clearing tables efficiently
- Taking payments and handling POS systems
- Preparing and serving drinks, including beer, wine and cocktails
- Setting up and closing the floor and bar
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assisting with functions and busy service periods
- Working closely with kitchen and FOH team members
- Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests
- Working across one or more venues within the group
We're looking for people who are:
- Experienced in restaurant floor service and/or bar service
- Confident communicating with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, energetic and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Well presented
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Able to maintain a high standard of service during busy periods
- Flexible and willing to work across different venues
