Join our team at Mount Cottrell as an Educational Leader and play a key role in shaping high-quality educational programs, mentoring educators, and bringing our learning philosophy to life every day.
Working within our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, you’ll lead curriculum design and programming across our beautiful purpose-built centre, empowering educators to deliver meaningful, child-led learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence.
With three outdoor spaces (including a dedicated kinder yard playground) and a strong focus on sustainability through our atelier and recycling hub you’ll have the environment and resources to truly bring learning to life.
A Typical Day as an Educational Leader includes:
- Leading Curriculum Excellence – Guide and oversee the development of high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Mentoring Educators – Coach and support teams to strengthen their practice, documentation, and reflective thinking
- Driving Continuous Improvement – Embed best practice through critical reflection, programming cycles, and quality improvement initiatives
- Creating Inspiring Learning Environments – Support teams to design spaces that promote exploration, creativity, and engagement
- Championing Child Outcomes – Ensure every child’s learning journey is intentional, well-documented, and celebrated
