This is not your typical Practice Manager role.
We are seeking a high-calibre, ambitious leader to take charge of our Oxley General Practice and co-located Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) — a complex, fast-paced, and strategically important site.
This dual-service environment offers a unique challenge:

As Practice Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of GPs, Nurses, Allied Health, and Administration staff
- Oversee two operationally distinct but integrated services (GP + UCC)
- Drive operational excellence, patient experience, and team performance
- Manage rosters, finances, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic growth
- Build a strong, positive culture this is aligned with our values
We’re searching for someone who is:

A proven Practice Manager (3–5+ years experience) ready for a step up
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in complexity and change
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Capable of managing competing priorities across multiple services
Essential experience includes:

Best Practice software
- Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA billing
- Rostering and financial management
- Leading teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
