About the Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this is a pivotal role responsible for the integrity of the Group's financial reporting, statutory compliance and treasury operations. You'll lead the financial accounting function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and compliance with Australian accounting standards, while providing strategic financial insights that support business performance and growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Financial Accounting Manager, you will:

Lead the Group's financial accounting and control function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Prepare consolidated monthly balance sheets, cash flow statements and Board reporting.

Oversee complex technical accounting matters including leases, acquisitions, hedging and share-based payments.

Lead taxation and compliance activities including GST, BAS, PAYG, FBT, corporate tax and other regulatory reporting.

Oversee treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, debt facilities and bank guarantees.

Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence and strategic business projects.

Mentor and develop members of the finance team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
About You
You're a technically strong finance leader who enjoys solving complex accounting challenges while building strong relationships across the business. You bring commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and meaningful way.
You'll also bring:

CA or CPA qualification with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

At least seven years' post-qualification experience, including experience within a Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm.

Extensive knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation and statutory reporting.

Demonstrated experience preparing or auditing consolidated financial statements.

Strong treasury and cash flow management experience.

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets.

Exceptional written communication skills, including preparation of Board papers and financial reports.
