Administrative Officer – Part-Time (2 days/week)
Location: Sunshine North, VIC
We are a small, family-run business that works closely with major construction companies. Our capabilities and experience make us a unique player in the market.
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. This is a casual role, 2 days per week, with some flexibility around working hours.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring and managing the company email account
- Creating and maintaining company quotes
- Generating invoices
- Managing a small payroll
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Processing payments (e.g. suppliers, superannuation, Incolink, WorkCover)
- Filing and document organisation
- Performing general administrative tasks as required
- Ad hoc duties (e.g. light kitchen maintenance, restocking supplies)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role (experience in construction is a plus)
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
