Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining the high standards of workmanship our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault finding
- Use modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the workshop team
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timeframes
- Communicate clearly with the Service Manager regarding repairs and diagnostics
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician (relevant trade qualification)
- Previous experience working in the Australian automotive industry
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with European vehicles is an advantage but not essential
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
