What you’ll be doing:
The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s business functions and optimising performance through process improvement and technology implementation.
This includes:

Acting as a strategic advisor to senior legal leadership

Leading the implementation and optimisation of legal technology platforms

Designing and delivering a legal operations strategy aligned to business priorities

Adopting smart process development to standardise, organise, scale, and optimise legal workflows

Enhancing knowledge, document and records management across the firm

Overseeing vendor management to ensure value and efficiency

Developing talent and resource strategies, including optimising continuous training
Who we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows

Expertise in legal or professional services, technology, and software

Demonstrated experience in legal operations within a corporate or law firm setting is preferred

Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making

Experience developing teams preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, technology, law or a related field; or equivalent experience
