What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District Policies and procedures.
About You
You are a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. With sound clinical knowledge and experience across a variety of healthcare settings, you are skilled in assessing patient needs, implementing evidence-based interventions, and contributing to positive health outcomes.
You demonstrate strong clinical judgement and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to effectively respond to changing patient needs and manage complex situations with confidence and professionalism. Your collaborative approach to care allows you to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver outcome-focused services that support the wellbeing of patients and their families.
An effective communicator, you utilise information technology and well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to ensure accurate documentation, seamless communication, and continuity of care. You build positive relationships with patients, carers, and colleagues, fostering trust and promoting a supportive healthcare environment.
Adaptable and reliable, you have a strong understanding of caring for clients with complex needs within community settings and are committed to providing safe, responsive, and person-centred care. You are flexible in meeting service requirements, including participation in a seven-day rotating roster, and hold a current NSW Driver Licence, enabling you to travel as required to support service delivery.
