The Opportunity
The Organisational Development Consultant is integral to advancing TAFE SA’s culture and capability agenda, providing high-quality administrative, compliance, and project support. The role brings together professional development, workforce capability initiatives, and compliance processes, ensuring they are effectively coordinated and aligned to organisational priorities and strategic outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in coordinating and contributing to day-to-day administrative functions including maintaining and or/providing effective, professional, positive and appropriate customer service to internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and sound level of written and verbal communication skills, which facilitate effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in maintaining and contributing to effective management, integrity and reporting of data, including high level IT skills in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook and other electronic systems including Lumitt, Content Manager and Chris 21 or similar platforms/applications.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
