About the job:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide support to participants in their home and during daily activities. The role involves assisting with all daily living tasks, including personal care and social and community-based activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily living support
- Cleaning tasks
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Medication assistance
- Mobility support
- Ensuring clients independence where able, supporting their personal choices for daily tasks
- Accurate documentation
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Previous manual handling training
- Ability to work various shifts (including weekend based)
- Valid Australian Work rights
- NDIS modules (orientation and mealtime management, etc)
- Specialised training provided upon employment
Pay: Up to $37.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
