Carlo’s IGA Supermarket is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our busy supermarket in Birrong, Sydney, with a strong focus on Fresh & Produce.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine passion for fresh food retail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front, drive team performance, and maintain high standards across the entire store — especially within Fresh & Produce.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket
- Drive high standards across all departments, particularly Fresh & Produce
- Manage team performance, training, and workplace culture
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, presentation, and waste management
- Deliver outstanding customer service and strong store results
- Maintain compliance with food safety and store standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supermarket management experience
- Strong Fresh & Produce knowledge and experience
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
- Hands-on, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for leading teams and achieving results
