What you’ll do
As a Digital Content Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role within Woolworths Group. You will be responsible for enabling the digital merchandising experience for the 13 million weekly visitors to our digital sites, focusing on Promotional value visibility and trade offer set up to drive basket spend, and increasing items per basket within the Food eCom channel.
Key responsibilities include:

Drive Promotional Excellence: Own the end-to-end configuration, testing, and launch of digital promotions, ensuring our trade offers hit the mark every time.

Ensure Content Precision: Champion content hygiene and rigorous product verification, keeping our digital shelves accurate, reliable, and trustworthy.

Innovate & Optimise: Act as the product content expert, guiding new initiatives from inception and embedding operational improvements that enhance the digital experience.

Maximize Business Impact: Set up product groups and effectively manage product limits whilst providing promotional support to boost basket spend.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and deliver a consistent, high-quality digital trade experience across both web and app.
What you’ll bring
You'll bring 2-3 years of e-commerce or digital experience, a passion for digital innovation, proficiency in site management systems and UAT environments, and intermediate Excel skills to drive operational excellence.

Please note that while the formal job title is registered as “Digital Content Specialist” in our backend systems, this does not accurately reflect the daily responsibilities. We are currently in the process of updating the title to “Digital Content Coordinator” to better align with market standards and the core duties of the role.
