About the opportunity
As a Payroll System and Data Officer, you will work in our friendly and supportive Payroll System team and be responsible for supporting the payroll operations team with all rostering system functionality and configuration. You will work closely with our Human Resources, Employee Relations and Workforce Systems support teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Industrial Instruments to provide exceptional service to our staff.
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:

Experience in configuring and supporting with Roster On is essential
-
Knowledge of rostering within the health industry would be highly regarded
- Capability to work with and understand complex Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Industrial Instruments

Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience with Australian Payroll is essential
-
Experience with system implementations, upgrades and transformation projects would be highly regarded
-
Proven experience to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
-
Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
