Fibreglass Tradesperson / Labourer — Boats & Caravans | Sandgate | Full-Time, Immediate Start
LBM Fibreglass is a busy, growing fibreglass repair business in Sandgate, Brisbane. We repair and rebuild boats, caravans and custom fibreglass — no two days are the same. We're flat out and need more good people on the tools now.
Who we're after:
- Experienced fibreglassers, laminators or gelcoat repairers — great money for the right person, OR
- Hard-working labourers with no experience — if you're reliable and keen, we'll train you into a real trade
What you'll get:
- Full-time, ongoing work — immediate start
- Monday–Saturday, ~35–50 hours a week — plenty of hours on offer - to be discussed
- $[27.50]–$[41.23]/hr + super, paid weekly, above award
- Learn a real trade and skills that pay for life
- Good team, Sandgate workshop, variety of work
- All backgrounds welcome
You'll need:
- To be reliable, hard-working and keen to learn
- To be good with your hands
- Own transport an advantage (Sandgate)
- Any fibreglass, boating, panel, building or trade experience is a bonus — but attitude matters most
