We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our café, Coffee on Miller, in North Sydney.
We are a specialty coffee-focused café serving ONA coffee, with a simple menu including pastries, toasties, burek, and takeaway items. No kitchen experience required.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Approx. 25-35 hours per week
- Morning shifts (starting at 6:30am)
- Consistent, set roster
What you’ll be doing:
- Making coffee to a high standard
- Taking customer orders and handling POS (Square)
- Warming and preparing food items such as burek, pide, pastries, and toasties
- Multitasking during busy periods while maintaining good customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and well-presented
