We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team. School Officers play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations of the school and are often the first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors.
Suitable applicants will ideally have experience using Compass, SIS, HRMIS, RM Billing and Finance, PassTab, Canva, MS Excel and MS Forms.
Duties may include:
Providing reception services, including welcoming visitors, answering telephone enquiries and responding to routine requests for information.
Delivering high-quality administrative and clerical support to the school leadership team and staff.
Assisting with student enrolments and maintaining accurate student records.
Recording, monitoring and following up student attendance using Compass and Department systems.
Managing student medical information and maintaining confidential records.
Maintaining staff and relief staff records and assisting with staff onboarding processes.
Preparing correspondence, notices, reports and school communications.
Using Compass and other school-based databases and software systems to support efficient school operations.
Providing high quality customer service to students, parents, staff and members of the wider community.

Eligibility
