About the Role
Help keep our dialysis service running smoothly while making every patient feel welcome and supported. You'll coordinate appointments, provide efficient administrative support and build strong connections with patients and clinical teams.
- Welcome patients and manage frontline reception
- Book appointments and coordinate follow up care
- Prepare clinic records and patient documents
- Support clinicians with day to day administration
- Maintain accurate records and confidential information
About You
You're organised, approachable and enjoy helping people while keeping busy clinical services running smoothly.
- Keyboard speed and accuracy of at least 60 words per minute
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Deliver accurate admin while protecting confidentiality
- Prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Communicate well and build positive team relationships
