We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a participant located in Numurkah, VIC.
About the Role
- Location: Numurkah, VIC
- Hours: Approximately 3 hours per fortnight to commence
- Potential for additional shifts based on participant needs and demonstrated performance Competitive casual hourly rate plus applicable penalty rates under the SCHADS Award

Key Responsibilities
- Domestic Assistance
- Promoting independence and participant choice
- Building meaningful relationships with participants
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Passionate about supporting people with disability
- Able to work independently
- A strong communicator
- Punctual and dependable
- Committed to providing person-centred supports
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Smartphone for rostering and documentation
- Full working rights in Australia
