Casual Warehouse & Production Crew – Flexible Shifts
Looking for flexible work without locking yourself into a regular roster?
Fit My Car is growing our casual crew in Lara and we’re looking for dependable people who are happy to get stuck into a variety of warehouse and production work.
Shifts are offered as they become available, making this a great fit for students, people with other work commitments, or anyone wanting to earn some extra income when their schedule allows.
There’s no expectation that you’ll be available every time we call — but when you accept a shift, we need to know we can count on you.
The Work
No two shifts are necessarily the same. Depending on where we need an extra set of hands, you could be:
- Operating machinery or working on a production line
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Helping unload containers and incoming stock
- Assisting with general warehouse and factory tasks
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Training and instructions will be provided, but we’re looking for people who are comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You
- Turn up on time and follow through when you accept a shift
- Are willing to help wherever the team needs you
- Can comfortably lift up to 25kg and work on your feet
- Learn quickly and work efficiently
- Take direction well and work as part of a team
- Have weekday availability for morning and/or afternoon shifts
- Can sometimes take shifts at short notice
