The Role:
This is a full-time (5 days a week) role combining Room Leadership, Educational Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the EYLF, mentor educators, and drive critical reflection across the service.
* Room Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of a specific room, ensuring a high-quality, play-based learning environment.
*Support the Centre Director with compliance, regulatory knowledge (National Law/Regulations)
* Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and foster a positive team culture.
Requirements:
* Must have previous experience as an Room Leader.
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ECT) qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Regulatory compliance.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
