Role Overview
The role is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience and working across food preparation, cooking, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Team members are expected to maintain Schnitz quality standards, food-safety procedures and operational consistency during every shift. IIndeed
Key responsibilities
- Customer Service: Friendly and welcoming service, accurate order taking, menu/product knowledge, handling customer enquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing menu items according to Schnitz recipes and procedures, safely operating fryers and grills, following cooking times and product-handling procedures, maintaining food quality/presentation and preparing fresh ingredients.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Following food-safety and hygiene standards, correctly handling raw and cooked products, keeping workstations clean, and completing temperature checks and other required food-safety procedures.
- Teamwork: Working collaboratively during busy periods, communicating with kitchen and front-of-house staff, supporting other team members and contributing to a positive, respectful team culture.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning dining, kitchen and service areas, completing daily cleaning/closing duties, and keeping equipment and utensils clean and organised. IIndeed

Requirements
- No previous experience required — training is provided
- Food-handling knowledge is an advantage
