Lil Miss Collins Richmond is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing exceptional specialty coffee with consistency and care.
- Delivering warm, friendly customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station.
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services.
- Collaborating with our front-of-house and kitchen teams to create an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years' barista experience in a busy café.
- Confident dialling in grinders and adjusting espresso throughout the day.
- Ability to texture milk and produce consistent latte art.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability is highly regarded.
