About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys recruiting specialist talent in a competitive market and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers.
Initially focusing on attracting high quality talent across our NDIS services, with the opportunity to contribute to broader workforce strategies as our organisation continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of national vacancies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, referrals, networking and direct headhunting
- Conduct candidate screening and provide high-quality recommendations to hiring leaders
- Partner with operational stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future workforce requirements
- Use market insights, data and recruitment trends to influence hiring decisions
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
About You
- Experience recruiting specialist or hard-to-fill professional roles, ideally within allied health, healthcare, community services or a related sector
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, either agency or internal
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Police clearance required and eligibility to obtain or currently hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check
