You're a confident and compassionate nursing professional who combines clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to people. You lead by example, make sound decisions in complex situations and build trust through integrity and respect. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Advanced clinical nursing skills and experience coordinating patient care.
Strong leadership, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork capability.
A commitment to safety, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have rural or remote clinical experience and/or postgraduate study relevant to your practice area.
