Junior AI Engineer
Who we are looking for: We're looking for a curious, technically solid AI Engineer at the start of their career - someone who has already used agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and API integrations, and is hungry to go deeper alongside experienced solution engineers.
Your core technical skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development (including internships, personal projects, or graduate work)
- Strong programming skills - you're comfortable writing and reviewing clean, maintainable code
- Hands-on experience integrating external systems via REST APIs and MCP
- Foundational understanding of LLMs and how to work with them effectively (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with multi-agent system design: roles, task delegation, tool use, memory, and orchestration
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform - GCP, AWS, or Azure
What the role is: This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll integrate systems via APIs/MCP, build and iterate on multi-agent workflows. You don't need to have all the answers yet - but you do need strong fundamentals, the ability to learn fast, and the drive to take ownership of what you build.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features and agents into products and workflows via REST APIs and third-party services
- Work with agent frameworks (such as CrewAI, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK) to design, architect and productionise multi-agent systems
- Design and refine prompts for multi-agent pipelines - including system prompts, tool call definitions, and chain-of-thought patterns
- Implement and maintain RAG pipelines
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Collaborate with senior solution engineers to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions
- Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI controls to ensure production-grade reliability and safety.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape and bring the best of it into customer engagements.
