About You:
We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives on challenges and genuinely embraces a people-first culture. To be successful, you will bring:
- Retail Leadership: 3+ years of management experience in high-volume retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: 5+ years of customer service experience with a passion for creating exceptional interactions.
- Team Empowerment: Strong desire to coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team of 20+ members.
- Operational Excellence: Top-tier time management to smoothly delegate tasks across a 24/7 business, alongside tech competence in web-based platforms (rostering, inventory, reports).
- Creative Problem Solving: A high level of persistence, attention to detail, and a knack for finding creative solutions to daily challenges.
- True Leadership Integrity: A clear, confident communicator with "listen-to-hear" skills. Because we operate 24/7/365, peak holidays (like Christmas, Easter, and New Year’s) are our busiest times. As a people-first leader, you lead by example and love supporting your team side-by-side during these milestone trade days.

Pay: $72,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
