About the Role
Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a motivated and organised Site Administrator to join our team on a part-time casual basis. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this role provides essential administrative support across our projects, ensuring the efficient coordination of site documentation, purchasing, reporting, and day-to-day administrative activities. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Superintendent and project team
- Raise purchase orders and support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing
- Coordinate the ordering of PPE, equipment, materials, and site resources
- Process site access requests and assist with mobilisation requirements
- Maintain training, competency, and compliance records
- Complete accurate data entry, filing, and document management
- Support daily timesheet processing
- Assist with project reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project operations
Contribute to a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements & Experience Needed
- Must be based in Karratha
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within an office or project administration environment
- Experience in the mining, construction, or oil & gas industry (highly regarded)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and databases
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
