Piling Rig Operators - Immediate Start Sydney

The Rix Group is a progressive specialist contractor who leads the way in managing challenging and diverse ground engineering projects. We provide a multitude of ground stabilisation & ground support methodologies including piling, shotcrete (Inc gunite), rock bolting, soil nails & ground anchors.
The Role – permanent full-time
Due to our current operational requirements and sustained growth, our Sydney Piling division are recruiting for experienced Piling Rig Operators.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating up to 100 tonne rigs
- Experience in piling walls, foundation piling, sheet piling
- Experience of using other on-site machinery is beneficial
- Hold current & valid construction tickets
- White card
Duties & Tasks
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following;
- The Operation of Piling Rigs
- Assisting the Piling Crews
- Maintaining the productivity rate
- Cleaning and general maintenance of piling rigs
- Working to site plans
- Occasional Offsiding
- A background within the Ground Engineering Piling sector
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations in Australia, have a strong safety focus and be able to execute the work in full compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable
Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
