Job Description
Joining our friendly team as an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Executive team across Frances Perry House
Your key duties and responsibilities of this job include:

Assisting the executive team with administrative tasks
-
Provide confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information.
-
Prepare, format and deliver documents as directed.
-
Plan and coordinate functions & special projects as required.
-
Maintenance of staff and doctor records & files.
-
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
-
Act as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will also have ability to converse and show initiative as well as being able to multitask.
You will also bring:

Prior Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position

Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff
-
Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
-
Multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail
